Who can open a trade account?
Resorts, hotels, retreats, serviced apartments, spas and other hospitality businesses with an ABN.
How long does approval take?
Every application is reviewed by hand. We reply by email, usually within [X] business days.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimal order for now. Samples can always be ordered on their own.
How do samples work?
Once approved, you can request a sample from any product page. A small sample fee plus shipping applies.
How is shipping handled?
Standard orders ship at a flat rate. For larger hospitality orders we arrange freight with you directly.
How do I pay?
By card at checkout, through the same secure checkout used across the site.
